General DescriptionCENTRAL PARK PR is a complex of mixed uses with housing, recreation and educational buildings; has for purpose to créate a community around the daily activities of its inhabitants. The Project consists of a property of approximately 20 acres, with a rectangular geometry, revolves around the central park and is surrounded by a perimeter street, with traffic in one direction, counterclockwise and divided by intermediate streets. There are parking areas for owners and visitors, a bicycle path; in addition to a walk for hiking, pedestrian areas, contemplative gardens, sports fields and different recreation areas for its inhabitants. • THE GREEN TERRACED CEILINGS of the residential buildings bring dynamism and freshness to the design and to the comprehensive view of the complex. • ACCESS. From the main entrance, the project is accessed through a single 4-lane two-way street, on the sides of which is an area dedicated to a shopping plaza where businesses such as boutiques, coffee, restaurant, gym, spa, aesthetics, etc. will be housed; and on the other side is the Car Wash and a children's play area. • THE PARK. It is set out in a distribution surrounding an immense park / lung where it is proposed to locate recreational green areas divided into three tree-themed portions. Descripción GeneralPARQUE CENTRAL PR. es un conjunto de usos mixtos con edificios de vivienda, recreación y educacional; tiene como propósito crear una comunidad en torno a las actividades diarias de sus habitantes. • LOS TECHOS ATERRAZADOS verdes de los edificios habitacionales aportan dinamismo y frescura al diseño y a la vista integral del conjunto. • ACCESO. Desde la entrada principal se accede al proyecto mediante una vía única de 4 carriles en dos sentidos a cuyos costados se encuentra un área destinada plaza comercial a donde se alojarán negocios tales como, boutiques, café, restaurante, gimnasio, spa, estéticas, etc.; y al otro lado se encuentra localizado el Car Wash y un área de Juegos infantiles. • EL PARQUE. Está planteado en una distribución circundante a un inmenso parque/pulmón donde se propone emplazar áreas verdes recreativas divididas en tres porciones temáticas arborísticas.
